Boring but necessary. Read this so we remain friends.

1. Professionalism & Respect

The "Look but Don't Touch" Policy: Our technicians are professionals. While they are selected for their presentation and fitness, they are here to fix your Wi-Fi, not to fulfill fantasies.

Naked Tech maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding harassment. Any inappropriate touching, suggestive comments, or advances toward our staff will result in immediate termination of service and blacklisting from our network. Full fees will still apply.

2. Your Data

The "Nothing to Hide" Promise: We are 'Naked' with our pricing, not your data. We do not store your passwords. We do not snoop in your folders. If we need to access sensitive files to perform a backup, we will ask you to be present and watch the screen. Total transparency works both ways.

3. Cancellations

Because we do not charge a Call-Out Fee for Ivanhoe, our time is our inventory. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before a booking will incur a $90 cancellation fee. We respect your time; please respect ours.

4. The Fine Print

We are good, but we aren't magicians. If your hardware is physically failing (e.g., a dead hard drive), we cannot guarantee data recovery. We strongly recommend backing up your data before we arrive. Naked Tech is not liable for data loss during standard repair procedures.
